Putting a pretty tablescape together is one of my favorite parts of getting ready for Thanksgiving. I love pulling out my favorite linens and dishes, mixing colors and patterns, and creating simple flower arrangements that help me get the look I want. I usually set our dining room table for Thanksgiving, but this year I thought it would be fun to style our small round kitchen table for a more low-key, cozy holiday gathering. If your celebration is on the quieter side this year, this simple setup might be just what you need.
A Simple Thanksgiving Tablescape for a Small Round Table

I purchased this gorgeous green and blue block print tablecloth last summer, and I love styling it through the seasons! I kept things really simple for this Thanksgiving look on our little round table and just pulled together a few of my favorite pieces that I already owned.

Here’s what I used to pull this simple small-round Thanksgiving tablescape together our kitchen:
- my favorite round block-print tablecloth that inspired the whole look
- my everyday white dishes from Crate and Barrel
- brown metal chargers
- fall-inspired cloth napkins in a warm golden color
- our simple everyday flatware
- antique-look gold candlesticks with white taper candles
- a simple centerpiece with golden hop stems
- petite bud-vase bouquets filled with colorful fresh fall flowers
- a simple place card at each seat

I love how this simple round tablescape came together with items I had on hand to create such a pretty, elevated look for Thanksgiving!

1. Dried Hydrangeas and Jewel Tones

This colorful tablescape features a dried hydrangea centerpiece in rich jewel-toned colors. A blue and white paper plaid runner gives the table a casual feel.
2. A Cozy and Colorful Outdoor Thanksgiving Table

If your weather permits you to dine outdoors on Thanksgiving, this patio tablescape is the perfect relaxed look. A cozy plaid scarf creates a beautiful backdrop for this look. Of course, you can always bring this same look indoors!
3. A Colorful Grocery Store Centerpiece

Trader Joe’s flowers in vibrant colors form the centerpiece for this colorful Thanksgiving table. The bright pinks and purples add a surprising touch!
4. A Rustic Thanksgiving Table with Leather Accents

This Thanksgiving look was such a fun fall look to create! DIY leather napkin rings and leather-wrapped vases added a rustic, masculine look to the table in contrast to the pretty block prints and florals.
I love how each of these tables feels a little different, but they all create a cozy, welcoming space for our loved ones to gather around. I hope these Thanksgiving tablescape ideas inspire you to create a table that makes room for good food, great conversation, and a little extra gratitude this season.
