Seven on Saturday 7/6/24

Happy Saturday on this 4th of July weekend! If you’re in the states, I hope you had a fabulous 4th with family and friends celebrating the blessings of freedom!

We had a smaller scale, but festive dinner with my mom, and Caroline invited a friend over to join in. We played games, grilled out, and finished off the evening with yummy brownie berry trifles and neighborhood fireworks.

If your neighborhood is anything like ours, you don’t have to venture far to see some pretty big fireworks displays. So we alternated between views from our front yard and back yard to take in the show — all while snuggling with our sweet Rosie on the sofa!

Poor puppy! Between the fireworks and thunderstorms it was a bit of a rough day for her!
