Seven on Saturday 6/3/23

Happy first Saturday of June! It’s hard to believe June is here!

I hope you’ve had a wonderful week. This is an exciting weekend for our family! We’re having a lovely weekend full of lots of wonderful family time and festivities!

Sweet baby

Our sweet grandbaby, Eden, is visiting us for the first time this weekend! (She brought her parents along as well!) Our hearts are so full having all of them home, and she’s getting to meet her great-grandparents this weekend as well.

Kyle and Renee engagement

We’re also celebrating another precious upcoming addition to our family! Our son, Kyle, proposed last night, and we’re getting another sweet daughter-in-love, Renee! We’re so excited for them, and certainly busy doing lots of celebrating around here this weekend!

July 4th Table Decorations

The past two or three weeks have been such a whirlwind around here, but this week I joined four other blogger friends for the Celebrate the Holiday July 4th Blog Hop hosted by Carol at Bluesky at Home! With Independence Day a month away it’s time to start gathering lots of ideas for celebrating around your home.

I’ve also gathered some of my favorite things from the week to share with you, so let’s get right to them!

1. Add a touch of country charm to your summer entertaining.

2. I love the elegant yet relaxed style of this gorgeous IG account.

3. Paint a pretty watercolor peony for summer (or download the free printable).

4. Check out this decadent breakfast treat!

5. I’m loving these DIY stenciled French pots.

6. This Red Velvet Poke Cake looks amazing!

7. Lots of great tips for growing dahlias in this post.

That’s all for this Saturday! I hope you have a perfectly lovely weekend!
