Seven on Saturday 5/27/23

Happy Saturday! Where in the world has the month of May gone!! It’s been a whirlwind and has just flown by!

This week was full of good things with a great final volleyball tournament for Caroline, and tons of 8th grade graduation festivities! We celebrated at her 8th Grade Crossover ceremony on Wednesday night, and her first dance was Thursday! We can’t believe our beautiful girl is now a high school freshman!! Talk about time flying by!!

I hope you have some fun Memorial Day plans this weekend! We have lots of projects around our home to work on this weekend, but we’ll be injecting a little Memorial Day fun along the way.

City Bonfires roasting marshmallows

Last night we kicked off the weekend with a relaxed evening on the screened porch with inaugural summer s’mores made over our little City Bonfires portable fire pit. (These are so fun, but make sure to follow all safety precautions with these!) You have to kick off the official start of summer with a s’more or two!
