Seven on Saturday 12/14/24

Happy Saturday! We’ve been Christmas brunching and cookie decorating around here today! We hosted the sweetest little Christmas brunch for a few of Caroline’s sweet friends this morning, and the morning was full of food, laughter, conversation, photo shoots, and lots of creative cookie decorating!

A delightful array of decorated Christmas cookies—trees, stars, stockings, and snowflakes—adorn a baking tray. Iced in pastel hues with sprinkles, these treats promise joy like seven on Saturday. In the background, small bowls brim with extra decorations.

So, all that to say, today’s Seven on Saturday is a late afternoon edition as I’m just now sitting down to share all the fun things from the week with you!

This Week on the Blog:

It’s been a busy week on the blog!

In the dining room, a brass chandelier with white lampshades elegantly illuminates the table adorned with floral decorations. A wreath with a red bow is reflected in the mirror, complementing framed pictures on the wall, offering charming breakfast nook lighting ideas.

In partnership with Lowe’s, we replaced our dining room and breakfast room light fixtures, and I shared the new looks on Tuesday! We love the transformation!

You can see all the details and our new lighting looks this post!

A cozy Christmas bedroom aesthetic unfolds with a flocked tree, blue and white floral bedding on a plush bed, and a bench at the foot. A nightstand with a lamp complements the beige armchair, as curtains frame large windows. Art adorns the walls, enhancing the serene blue decor.

And, we put the prettiest Christmas tree in our bedroom this year!
